There is a list of suggested exhibits in the NEWBIE sticky second post. Find this: -

At witness statement stage (usually NOT LATER THAN 14 DAYS BEFORE YOUR HEARING!) don't forget to file the evidence you will rely upon. Can include:

everything was sent before deadline but I still don’t know if hearing is taking place for sure. I wouldn’t like to turn up if there isn’t a hearing. No email or post from the other party either. Any advice?

Why wouldn't you want to turn up?

That would be your chance to insist you need 5 minutes with a judge to ask for your wasted costs for attending!

If not, just phone the court and check tomorrow if the hearing is vacated or not.

    Congrats!

If the court is correct then you have won!

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

Send an email to DCB Legal now, telling them that they are in breach of the court order and you will now ask for your wasted costs unless they send you their Notice of Discontinuance to draw a line under the whole scam.

    (We need the NoD please!).

Ah OK so maybe they didn't discontinue and they just let it slide. You won anyway!
