Oh dear, thanks for pointing that out. It seems like a different claim! I can't recall what this ones about as it doesn't have any reference to the date of charge or place.

You have two claims (different parking firms) and you've defended both. And as this is DCBLegal, both cases will end up discontinued in the Summer.

Carry on following the 8 steps but keep the paperwork completely separate for the two cases or you will miss a step.

Having spoken to the court, they say no payment is recorded as received for the trial fee but its also showing the hearing will still be going ahead on 02Feb. I've not received any email from the other party either. Looks like i'll have to prepare a defence to be on the safe side?

Nope, your defence was submitted last year, you dont get a second go unless the judge orders it 

Keep checking your email inbox and spam folders for the N279 discontinuation document 

Assume that it's going ahead for now and I would think that your court order had a WS deadline listed,  same deadline for both parties,  so you should have received their WS by now,  if it was going ahead,  so have you received it and what is that deadline. ?  ( typically 2 weeks before,  so last Monday.,  2 days ago. )

Check with the court again next week too

But its NPC via DCB LEGAL , one pcn, £260 , so is or will be discontinued

Sorry, meant WS not defence. The deadline for WS is next week, 27Jan. Haven't received anything from other party.

I've still not received anything from them. Should i prepare my WS and submit tomorrow? Getting worried now as deadline is tomorrow 27th
