Hi Coupon-Mad,

I have done this again and tried to search for a WS but can't come across an example i can use.

Am I using all a-i? I've also not received a WS from the claimant yet so can't refer to theirs in my WS.

Please i'm really confused so if someone can help rather than advise refer to part 2 as I've done this several times.

The WS by @JackR1 includes HHJ Moloney's transcript as well as Edward, Smith, Wilkinson, Chan and Akande.

ALL of which are clearly relevant to you.

So does my WS also have parts of my defence in there as it seems very similar.
The opening paragraphs and end are slightly different?

Your WS does not repeat the defence, but backs it up with explanations, evidence etc, the 2nd post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum explains more about what to include, especially exhibits etc

You were pointed at the example WS that was used by another defendant recently, to give you ideas etc about your own WS bundle

Just received an email with had a Claimant’s N279 Notice of Discontinuance from DCB Legal.

Does this mean I don’t need to submit the WS?
