Hi all,
Hoping for some assistance please.
I've done the AOS and now need to draft up a defence. Little confused on what to do as this is a DCB Legal one.
Could someone please walk through with me as to what do as there's a different response for this.

Name the claimant parking company
Post the issue date from the claim form
Post a redacted picture of the POC on the lower left of the claim form after hiding the VRM details first1 -
Highview Parking which I believe is part of Nexus Platform.

Yes I was doing that but got confused on the defence to draft up as this is a DCB Legal one and there was a different response.
