Hi there,
I'm really confused on what to do. I've tried looking at the 8 steps but it's not making sense to me.
Also I didn't realise the date to reply back was 28th July. I assumed it was 10th August a month after receiving the letter.
Can someone help me please0 -
Can you link the correct thread please?

I never do that because we want posters to be confident and able to research the forum for themselves. That's how it works best for new posters and it will give you confidence.
My signature tells new posters exactly where to click to hop straight to page one. You have two links on this page:PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've managed to fill it in and will take photos and send off to the email address in the thread.
Thanks and let's see what happens next!0 -
Hi all,
I have received a CCJ requiring payment by 24 December. However, this has arisen due to an administrative issue rather than any failure on my part.
In August, I submitted all requested documents, including the Directions Questionnaire. On 1 October, I received a letter stating that these documents had not been received. I then contacted the National Business Centre, who advised me to resend everything, including the unprinted documents, which I did again within the specified timeframe.
Despite this, I have now received a CCJ stating that nothing was received and that judgment has therefore been issued. I have spoken to the court again this week and explained the situation, but I have been told to resubmit the documents yet again, while the CCJ remains in place.
This does not seem fair, as I complied with all requests and submitted the Directions Questionnaire as required. I should not be subject to a CCJ or forced to make payment due to an administrative failure beyond my control.
I was also advised that I can pay approximately £300 to apply to have the CCJ set aside. However, even if I submit evidence showing that I responded within the required timeframe and provided all requested documents, including automated confirmation responses, there is still a possibility that the judge may decide that the CCJ should remain in place, in which case I would still be required to pay it.
Additionally, I was informed that the CCJ would remain on my record for six years because, by the time the court receives and processes the documents, the deadline will have already passed.
Really appreciate any advice or assistance on how to resolve this matter please.

Similar advice regarding complaining about it to the CNBC in Northampton and also to HMCTS as well, see the following thread

No paying, but definitely complain and get it set aside for free, their error, their problem. ( its a very common problem, especially at the DQ email stage. )2 -
Hi Gr1pr, thanks for your reply.
I don’t believe these were sent as PDFs, they were images but were under 10MB. Can I still challenge this?

You can challenge, they can only say no or accept the fact that they don't prohibit pictures, jpegs etc
Personally I think they should make improvements to avoid these situations, but they do not mention pictures or scans, pdfs or paper are the 2 official documents
I think that we had a case a few months ago where eventually the pictures were accepted and they set it aside free of charge, after the complaint was made
Go for it1 -

Hi all,
Quick question.
I’ve been handling this on behalf of my partner and the emails have been sent from my email address. Would that make any difference?
