I have no idea what this means, why the defence was rejected, and why we never got any say in this process. Does this mean the DQ from us was never received?Faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.0 -
Sounds like they never received your Directions Questionnaire, which is all too common.
Although I couldn't say whether your defence was struck out because of no DQ or something else, but seems likely because there is only one Order.
Did you email the DQ and do you have proof of this?2 -

Yes my wife emailed it and has the sent email and automated reply. I'll try calling them to find out what happened but have no faith they will resolve it even if it's them that have screwed up.Faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.0 -
You need to send an email headed URGENT UNPROCESSED DOCUMENTS - N180 - CCJ AWARDED IN DEFAULT - CLAIM NUMBER XXXXXX and include a short explanation and include a copy of the automated reply.Who is the claimant?
Simultaneously you can file a complaint5 -
As above, the CNBC screwed up, which we have seen a few dozen times this year , so they should fix it free of charge for the defendant, so send it with the complaint email, plus the auto response proof and the date it was received, meaning that they set the CCJ aside for free, they log the N180 DQ document and the case then continues as normal
Your wife should have been checking her claim history weekly until the N180 was logged, same as checking a bank account to see if a cheque has been logged and the funds made available2 -
So I called them an looked into it. They are saying they didn't receive the DQ. I can see the email sent to the correct email address in my wife's sent emails, but actually there is no automated response it was received. She didn't know she should expect one so never followed up on it.I have no idea why this email didn't actually make it to the CNBC. I will try sending a copy of the email to them and that it was sent, but I'm not hopeful they'll accept it because it looks like it never made it over to them.Faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.0

Do I sent this to DQ.CNBC or is there another email?
Claimant is Met Parking Services via DCBLFaith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.0 -
Any chance the automated response was deleted by your other half? Maybe check your deleted mail folder. (I delete a lot of those sort of emails - though prob not ones from courts)0

Good idea but there's nothing in the trash. It might have been deleted in August then permanently gone now.Faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.0 -
Use the claimresponses email address seen in the defence template thread, first post
Mention that you cannot find the auto response email after all time and not received further paperwork, but do add the date it was sent
The N180 should have been a completed pdf document, not scans or pictures
She should have been checking her MCOL claim history, regardless of not knowing anything about auto response emails and sorting this out in June and July, not December1
