Louise, it is your money and it is your choice how you spend it.louise_1981 wrote: »I feel that I am beyond that now, if they want to rip off customers that is their business, but I am now not willing to become one of their customers, I am just miffed that they have banned me when I have not done anything wrong, by e-bay's rules.
You have had both support (pun not intended) and criticism on this thread but, if you feel at all uncomfortable buying from this seller, especially something as personal as a bra and underwear, then of course you shouldn’t buy from them.
Ebay and the UK is not exactly short of alternative bra sellers. I have heard that Rigby and Peller are very good if rather pricey for large size bras.
I hope you can find what you want and that both you and your oh are happy with your purchases.
Finally, can anyone explain the mysterious absence of Graham Devon from a thread about bras?

i dont sell hundreds but what i do sell i try to list it as accurately and as honestly as possible so there is no need for many questions, but there is still a small amount of carpy questions asked which could be answered if the potential buyers read the whole listings, and doesnt expect me to have tested every single item i sell to destruction.
i know my products and my market well, but there are some questions that just cant be answered, and shouldnt be asked.
like this one, from a buyer asking me if i had a buy it now for an item starting at £4.99,so i said make me an offer,he got back to me with the offer of £5.00,seriously what is the point? if i only wanted a fiver i would have listed it as a BIN....work permit granted!0 -
I agree with Novelli, I would not spend a single penny on these idiots out of principle. I would also tell the whole world about your disgraceful treatment.0

There is a company called Bravissimo that do lovely and reasonably priced bras for the extravagently endowed. No connection, I'm just a very happy customer of theirs.0

It sounds like the OP was rude too!April Grocery Challenge £81/£1200 -

I second that! M&S bra's are crap for larger ladies - I didn't appreciate how bad until I first went to Bravissimo a few years back. You can catch the tail end of their sale here:http://www.bravissimo.com/products/sale
M&S *just* scale up their B cups to a larger size (but withth e same dimensions) and so don't take in to consideration the differeing dynamics of a large chest! Bravissimo get their stock from specialists who actually design to a larger cup size, not just scale.
Rigby and Peller are also tops, but a bit more $£$£$£$!April Grocery Challenge £81/£1200 -

I bought one M and S bra once, ghastly horrid thing, never again.
I buy one brand now and one brand only and pay the earth for them, except for when a certain seller on here gets my size into her shop and I buy from her.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Buyer was also a bit rude though to ask why different sizes were different prices, so it sounds like a bit of a problem on both sides.
Maybe because they use twice as much fabric, thread and wire... I know NEXT do this with the childrens clothes - the larger the size the dearer the price.0
