Thank you @debtfreewannabe321 @jwil @spendless  I really appreciate your kind words. I just don’t know what we’re going to do.  Especially as our remortgage is due next year. I’m trying not to think about it but at the same time can’t think of anything else!

Very grateful for simple pleasures, had the longest 2 days at work, 15 hour day yesterday and 10 today. Came home to my wonderful children, how have made me a cup of tea, fed the cats and are reheating dinner. Such loves.

Its hard but concentrate on the here and now and immediate future.

What date is it before youve worked for your current employer for 2 years?

When is mortgage deal up next year (you may both be in better circs by then so dont panic now).

When you get yr news, if its bad and you'll struggle may be best to talk to mortgage provider about any options. Its some years ago but mine once agreed to take 6 months half payments. When they contacted me at the end of that time, it coincided with me being back in work and I doubled payments then till atrears were paid off.

oh @missymoo81 you have so much to contend with, hope you get job answers sooner rather than later. The car repair bill sucks.

Sorry, I've just seen your note. I'll be keeping everything crossed for you.

Try not to worry too much, you will deal with it and there is lots of help and guidance out there. You will have lots of transferable skills if you need to change jobs and will be able to put them to good use.

Lovely when the kids step in and cheer you up with something simple.

    Take care x

Thanks so much for your kind words @Spendless @debtfreewannabe321 @biggerpickle and @fionaandphil I’m just trying to not think about it but it’s really difficult. Doing adhoc work today which is paid separately. But I’ve got to be all happy and cheery and tomorrow I’m hosting a group at work. So it’s a struggle!

Thank you so much for your kind words and being the voice of reason. At least I should know if I’m at risk tomorrow afternoon. I’m trying to look at the small positives. I can’t wait to spend some special time with the children. I’ve worked so much lately. I just need to get work tomorrow out of the way.
