And remind them that you're migrating from the Support Group to get the LCWRA added; it can be a glitch in UC communications with ESA.
The best way to tell I feel is the Claimant Committent, if after submission you can accept  CC with just to report changes & check journal then it's been ported over.
Change of circumstances but ported over to whom?
I've always been told send it via payments even though they dislike it. Apparently according to the DWP employee on here that pops up.
The Support Group has been ported over to LCWRA, the CC is a good way to see if it's happened.
Now I'm with you, it's been a long day. Have you ever used PDF gear scanner
No, I haven't used the scanner, got an old HP all in one printer and use that.
You might like it for your phone it's handy. Beats a printer scanner by saving time.

I've just started I'm on the rent section it said the total rent amount which I have put, then it says service charges, within the total rent my housing association has three small amounts communal premises grounds maintenance and staff costs. Do I say yes & add these three up & put that total down?

    Thanks

    That's correct.
As you rent from social housing UC will ask your landlord for confirmation of rent amount & service charges anyway.

    Thank you,

Just got to council tax have you applied for a reduction in your council tax?

Not that I know of, I get the single person reduction & the rest was paid for by council tax benefit,

Then one option is no but I'm going to apply

No idea what to tick I don't really understand the question

As you already get Council Tax benefit then you answer yes.
Council Tax Reduction is it's proper name.
You already get it = you have already applied at some point.

Thank you so much for all your help. I'm on the health question medical treatments

Are you recovering from, receiving or expected to receive any medical treatments

Does this question mean if you are on medication for illnesses you say yes rather than hospital treatments?

    Thank you again

If you are on medication then that counts as treatment for a health condition.

Citizens Advice have a Help to Claim service, run nationally by phone & web chat, they can answer any questions about the application, it's an option if you post a question here but don't get any answer, or have to wait a long time for one and really want to submit the application asap.

    Thank you so much,

I'm done I've put a message on my journal saying that I need a phone call to verify my identity because I can't get to a job centre due to my illnesses.

The commitments say just to look at my journal often & tell them if anything changes. Do you think I should say about adding I'm migrating from the Support Group to get the LCWRA added & if so which option do I choose in my journal

Or should I just leave it as it is?

I am surprised they haven't asked for any documents to be uploaded like a bank statement or rent letter or is this part coming next?

    Thank you again

Bank statements are not needed unless you have over £6k in capital when applying.

As advised UC will contact you landlord for confirmation of rent so you won't need to provide anything further for that.

You can leave things as they are or add a Journal note (using the payment option) stating you are migrating from ESA Support Group. It's entirely up to you.

It used to be advisable to include a note as claimants were experiencing problems when migrating from ESA but is it still wortyh doing so? I claimed UC yesterday on managed migration from ESA (and HB) and haven't added a note about migrating but am wondering whether it would be a good idea to do so.
