Another Person Migrating From ESA IR To U/C Questions

    I've always been told send it via payments even though they dislike it. Apparently according to the DWP employee on here that pops up.

    Thanks TimeLord1 that was my next question who & where do I tell them. I'm guessing you click on Journal & then there's some options you choose from?

    No you won't have one. Instead, your claim is managed by a case manager in the service center.  I get on their nerves 🫡

    No, I haven't used the scanner, got an old HP all in one printer and use that.
