Just an update and ponderance. MCOL showing 'DQ sent to you on 08/08/25' however, received nothing through the post as yet?  Do I just download/complete and return the form now or hold off to receive something?

That's 2 weeks ago. Does the court service only hold one address for you? The CNBC are useless. Download one.

Whilst your answers must of course be your own, there are vital points to safeguard motorists interests to make, that many people may not think of without our guidance because we see cases every day and we know the legal background. However, people like you have lived & breathed the intimidation, greed and unfairness first hand so your voice is needed!

I'm taking a closer look this week and we'll walk you through it. I should have all the first post 'how to respond to each question' advice ready by the end of this week.

I've made a start, covered up to question 9 already. Be patient with me as this is detailed and we don't think average motorists will know about raising the extra points otherwise.

There are vital points to safeguard motorists interests to make, that many people won't think of without our guidance. There won't be a template - the survey is for you to reply in your words - but we'll help everyone with what to focus on. 

Yes only one address.  MCOL says DQ filed by claimant on 08/08/25 then the one about DQ being sent to me, but nada.  I wasn't sure how long to give it as I am sure there is a deadline?  I will do the consultation over the weekend :-)

Now you know they have sent it (maybe) you can download one, complete it, attach it to an email and send it to the email address shown on the template defence thread.

Just an update.  Had the mediation call, lady was very nice.  DCBL proposed £270 I decline and countered with £10, they declined and offered £250, I decline and offered £30 they declined so mediation ended.  On to the next stage it is

So my wife received this today. Does she need to do anything or am I correct in my reading of this that it is G24 who haven’t complied and need to send everything? Thanks guys

D and E make no sense (probably copied by accident from a Template) but yes this Order is against the C. I expect they will comply though. Please show us their response.

The deadline is on that order
