Re Claim no xxxxxxx
Claimant: G24 Limited
Defendant: xxxx xxxxxxxx
Dear Judge,
Further to your Unless Order dated 10/1/26, the Claimant has failed to serve me with the required information.
I understand that the Claim now stands struck out.
There has been a course of unreasonable conduct commencing with the claim Particulars not complying with Part 16 and being signed by an unauthorised person (per Mazur v Speenchlys) and ending with the Claimant ignoring your Unless Order and walking away having frightened and intimidated me for months as well as wasted entire days of my time.
I understand that under CPR 46.5 successful litigants in person (LiPs) can claim costs for time spent on their case, with a fixed rate of £24 per hour applying for time reasonably spent on or after 1 October 2025. I hereby attach a modest assessment of my costs as a LiP in view of the above.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
