She should also keep checking her claim history on MCOL too, like checking her bank account
She didn't think to keep checking it, assumed (wrongly) she didn't need to see if defence showed up in there as received the auto response from CNBC saying they received it and was waiting the directions thing.  Oh well

Personally,  I would check it regularly until the case is shown as transferred until the preferred local court, after which they have no further involvement

There would be less posts on here if companies and government departments did their jobs correctly,  each and every time  ( the mantra in my job was " right first time,  every time  )  sadly things are worse these days

They will sort it out. Terribly stressful though.

So just received this from HMCTS following wifes complaint.  Had already sent stuff to Case Progression on discovering judgement.  30 day clock is ticking for it not to stay on credit record!

    Dear XX

Case reference: XX ( G24 LIMITED v XX)

    Complaint reference: XX

Thank you for your complaint dated 5 June.

I'm sorry you've had cause to complain.

    Having investigated

I'm sorry to hear about the distress caused by a CCJ being entered against you, despite your having submitted your Acknowledgement of Service and Defence within the required timeframes.

Thank you for providing proof of delivery of your documents.

I'm sorry we've not been able to locate the original documents you submitted. We can confirm your documents were received at our office. Due to the large volume of post awaiting processing, we've been unable to trace them.

I'm sorry we didn't let you know about this sooner, and for any inconvenience this has caused.

To avoid any further delays in processing your case, please could you provide duplicate copies by emailing to CaseProgression.CNBC@justice.gov.uk

In the subject line please include: XXXX duplicate documents provided. This will ensure that once received your case is prioritised.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation

The clock is no longer ticking because this error is being reversed. They've admitted fault (we lost your defence!).

    Do as they ask.

We did as they asked despite resending it all to the case progression email at same time as lodging the complaint :-) Just seen they have set aside judgment

If they have posted it,  you sill see it logged on your claim history

The answer to your question is the age old phrase,  "How long is a piece of string   ?"
