Yes, alter that part to state that the alleged contravention is denied

So like this? Do I need to put a reason paragraph 3&4 are denied ie unsure if was the driver?  Sorry for all of the questions, want to make sure I get it right

    3.     Referring to the POC: paragraph 1 is denied. The Defendant is not indebted to the Claimant. Paragraph 2, the alleged contravention is denied.  Whilst the Defendant is the registered keeper, paragraphs 3 and 4 are denied. The Defendant is not liable and has seen no evidence of a breach of prominent terms.  The quantum is hugely exaggerated (no PCN can be £170 on private land) and there were no damages incurred whatsoever. The Claimant is put to strict proof of all of their allegations.

That'll do.  There's not much to add at this stage.  DCB Legal will recognise the defence, try to claim it's rubbish and then discontinue at some point later in the process.
Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'

As above,  unless there are other replies with any tweaks, additions or subtractions

All of the defence template is used,  with your final 2 paragraphs replacing the 2 template paragraphs,  then saved as a pdf and emailed to claim responses at the CNBC,  as explained in the 12 steps in the defence sticky thread in announcements,  plus the second post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements too

Email it from your partners email address,  checking her inbox and spam folders for the email auto response

So maybe later next week,  or the week after,  but definitely before the 28th

    "Wife wants to just pay"

Thank goodness we stopped her/you! Why on earth would anyone pay a stupid parking court claim when defending risks nothing and is easier than any appeal stage?! Rhetorical question. Come on ... you (she) can do this!

All posters have to do is add their details, a facts paragraph & sign & date it. If unsure at any point (and to avoid asking us here) you could also search the forum and read other threads exactly like your wife's G24 claim with the exact same POC and defence.

    Forum search words could be:

    G24 defence unauthorised parking

Change to NEWEST and read only the G24 DCB Legal results.

This defence has already been done by other new posters umpteen times in April alone. Easy wasn't it?!

Now please edit your thread title!

     :D

Ok, so I did the AOS on 25/04 and submitted my defence (and received the auto response) on 21/05.  Heard nothing back from Courts so logged on to the MCOL today and it says 'A Judgment has been entered against you. You cannot respond to the claim at this time but you may apply for the judgment to be set aside'?  I filed defence within the 28 days so what do I now?  HELP

    Happens too often.

    Loads of threads like yours.

Easy to sort out but keep following it up angrily.

Complain to the CNBC (attach the auto-receipt email as proof, plus attach the defence again) and also email a complaint to HMCTS because the latter will come back to you within 2 weeks and that will force CNBC to sort it out.

Thank you.  Now just need to find the right contact email addresses (.gov do like to hide these things) lol

PS, I did look to see how to delete my other thread but couldn't work it out

So my wife has complained to Claims Responses, Case Progression and HMCTS asking why her defence appears to have been completely disregarded and didn't even show on MCOL as being filed.  Hopefully they will remove or set aside the Judgment until everything else is done ie Directions Questionnaire etc.  Fingers crossed

She should also keep checking her claim history on MCOL too, like checking her bank account
