I hope you're feeling on top form again soon, there are a lot of bugs doing the rounds - I'm just recovering after falling ill on Jan 1.

Thanks northwalesd - glad you're feeling better.

Have felt slightly better today, still struggling to eat due to feeling sick but a definite improvement on yesterday.  Have napped on the sofa for a lot of the day which I think has helped.

    Another NSD

Finally feeling more like my usual self - still not got much of an appetite but not feeling sick anymore and energy levels are better.  Today and yesterday have been NSDs as I didn't really move from the sofa either day.

Last day of annual leave tomorrow - it's been a bit of a wash-out between the weather and being ill so it will actually be quite nice to go back to work and see people other than OH.  I say that now

Could probably do with going shopping tomorrow as we're beginning to get very low on food, however, it will just be to one of the nearby shops as I really don't want to dig out the car again.

£29.84 spent on food shopping today - didn't feel like we got a lot for the money but it will keep us going for a few days.  It's rained pretty much all day and the snow is now mostly gone so will be able to do a bigger shop somewhere cheaper next time.

Oops not posted all week - feel being ill really impacted my energy levels and being back at work was quite a struggle.  However, 1st week is over and done with and I feel energy levels are back to where they were before I was ill.  Finished up work at lunchtime yesterday so I could travel to visit my parents for the weekend.

Spends for this week have been £27.93 on food, £10.20 on boat tickets and £6 on coffee and cake while waiting for the boat.

Still haven't done a proper food shop yet so that needs to be a priority for next week.

    Thanks Dolly

Lovely day yesterday with family plus popped round to see a friend for a coffee.

Ordered a £20 voucher for my niece's birthday (£1.50 cashback from TCB) plus transferred £25 to my sister to cover my share of my mum's birthday present.

Today I'm going to pop round to my sister's to spend the morning with her and the kids, back for lunch with my parents and then it will be time to head home.

It really was Dolly.  Wish I'd been able to have a longer visit but it was lovely all the same.

Got home about 9 last night.  Spends for yesterday were £51.86 on petrol, £10.69 on parking and £7.25 on food en route.  Back to work this morning so better get myself organised.
