People with reduced mobility are not exempt from the requirement to park correctly; hence why it is necessary evidence why you failed to park correctly between the lines and potentially prevent wheel chair access for the neighbouring BB bay (unless the landowner is a soft touch that is).

How on earth is the OP supposed to have evidenced a medical episode.  In most cases not really possibly.
Luckily landowners dont really view things in the way parking firms do and that is why you don't like landowners instructing parking firms to cancel tickets.
Evidence of the condition the OP has referred to and a witness statement (and VRM) from the person who assisted them would be a start.

Luckily landowners (mostly) are not cut from the same cloth as parking firms

if a car is slightly over a line, or a tyre is touching it makes nit one bit of difference im  most cases

Likewise if a car has to park cross two bays to facilitate a disabled persons  getting in and out/accessing the vehicle (this would be a reasonable  adjustment) and there was no other available areas to access the vehicle.

the only ones that kick up a fuss are the vultures/scum in the parking industry
Noted; however, not relevant to this case.

It's obvious @Kaizen2024 is a regular reader of posts here. Does he/she agree that the images posted of letters from PP firms, debt agencies and legals contain lies and fabricated statements?
Impossible to say. I never take anyone’s word for anything and we only see one side of the story here.

If you had bothered to read & understand the OP's post about the particular medical episode that occurred - you might have realised that wasn't necessarily due to reduced mobility...
(OP - you have my deepest sympathy/empathy for your condition - I don't think I would have been able to park nearly as well as you did had that been me)
