I have had two PCN's from these dimwits, and never paid either, one I totally ignored, the other I appealed and got it cancelled at stage one, but they didn't have a leg to stand on and rolled over!

I have already made 1 representation and they've come back with their nonsensical demand for medical evidence for the date of the *contravention* to be submitted within 14 days.

Your advice is to ignore, sit tight and ride it out because by all accounts some office junior will hit the 'computer says no' template, regardless?

I have now sent an email to Georgie Brooks @ Hampson Wall.

I omitted one pertinent fact from my opening spiel on this thread, likely due to press induced guilt about having a Motability car. This, I hadn't thought to mention to Ms. Brooks either.

If Blue Badges are unrecognised in law in these private car parks, surely the fact that when UKPC accessed the DVLA information to send the charge notice to the Registered Keeper of a Motability owned car, they ALREADY KNEW that they were breaching the Equality Act 2010 and harassing a disabled person with proven disability needs, (by virtue of the fact that I am entitled to a Mobility vehicle in the first place).

I shall keep you posted if and when I receive anything from Georgie Brooks and I shall give her a week or so to respond or access the client portal to cancel the invoice.
