I disagree - it could well be vexatious. Some people take any perceived slight to the extreme. The complainant could have been the one driving like an idiot.

The employer should be consider this and be sensible about it.

Which is why I said "unless this is a personal grievance against him"
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

He was driving an m4 BMW in the wet.  The noise of the car and the way it looks could to be classed as aggressive.

Begs the question why would a complete stranger take the time to contact his employer if he was driving normally?
This is just to level things up as you seem to think the word of the complainer holds no weight?
We have no details of who the complainer is.  It could be the family of an ex partner trying to get him in trouble..

The vehicle does not have a tracker or dashcam.  And he is not in a union

How do you know there is no tracker?
    Who owns the car?
Could it be the owner of the car in for valet was the one to submit the complaint?

The employer checked the cars computer and there was nothing to find in the data to prove he was divining fast or aggressively.

It's a brand new unregistered car with trade plates on it.

How would the customer know where he works unless they were in the m4 too?

In which case why the worry. There is no proof.

BMW M4?? I can understand the manager wouldn't be happy with a 19 yr old employee driving a customer's M4 aggressively

My 19 year old son has a disciplinary meeting on Tuesday.

This is based on a customer calling his place of work and reporting him for fast and aggressive driving.   Which he says he was not doing.

There is no actual evidence of this apart from the customers complaint.

He had a meeting with the manager about the alleged incident.   The manager has now stated incorrect information in his report.   Which my son says is a lie.

He could face summary dismissal for potentially bringing the Company name and trust into disrepute.

How can this be done when its based to two people's interpretation of an event. No speed limits were broken.  It is all based on how someone else has judged his driving.
He is a car valetor in the motor trade and been there less than 1 year

A manager had a 1 on 1 meeting with him with no representative present to find facts but has wrote information incorrectly.

This is an official disciplinary meeting.  Where he can take someone.    He has anxiety and has panic attacks.  He was very panicked and anxious at this first meeting.
There is no actual video footage.  Just the member of the publics complaint against my son word.
Was it a customer or simply a member of the public?
    What sort of incorrect information?

Who will be accompanying him to the disciplinary meeting?

At the meeting I think one of the first things to do is to correct the incorrect statements in the manager's report but without calling them lies, simply that he wants the report adjusted to reflect his understanding.
