X-O (Jarvis) online platform to close in the summer

Like many I was moved over from x-o to ii, Jarvis x-o had an old mobile phone number on record for me, I had let x-o know on Friday but probably too late for the data transfer as ii is still using the old number when I try to login (someone else will be confused getting my 6 digit verification codes). I phoned ii on 0345 034 2452 and even though I answered ii's security questions they won't update my mobile number without posting out another unique code to my house and I have to phone back once that arrives - better to be safe ... I suppose..1

There are a couple of other things I noticed with the transfer. An ancient landline number that had been with X-O was in the account - I was able to delete it myself. If you've been making stock purchases in multiple currencies as mentioned above, book values need correcting. With the help of X-Rates historical currency rates lookup I'm doing that myself. After having made corrections I am now seeing a list of stocks in the portfolio in $, £ and €. At the bottom is a total value in £. The numbers don't add up. I am still pondering on what is wrong here. Does ii convert the other currency denominations into £ before adding them up?

I’m looking to transfer some UK corporate bonds into a Stocks & Shares ISA, but I’m running into a snag:
• I hold BUR3 (BURFORD CAP PLC) and LIV3 (LENDINVEST SEC) bonds. • Trading212 won’t accept any corporate bonds. • iWeb will take IPF3 and 72VH (Hammerson), but they reject BUR3 and LIV3.
Does anyone know of a UK broker or platform that:
Will accept both BUR3 and LIV3 for an ISA transfer “in-specie”
Charges no ongoing platform or custody fees on those holdings
Many thanks in advance for your suggestions! saxoinvestor.com may accept them for a 0.12%/year management fee.

It's hard to find an ISA that both allows a wide variety of investments and doesn't have some form of fees.1 -

I'm trying to follow the instructions to set up a password on ii but it just takes me to a login screen?
Ah, missed the forgot password sentence!
Still can't log in though as the mobile number is incorrect.
I used the same email address for accounts for myself and my ex partner. I ensured her account was deleted by XO prior to transfer as it was dormant.0 -
It appears that Jarvis are pulling down the shutters on access to their web-site.The certificate for the web-site jarvisim.co.uk expired on Sat, 12 Jul 2025 07:22:03 GMT. My version of Firefox blocked access with no facility to accept the risk by ignoring the out-of-date certificate, but Chromium did allow me to access having accepted the warning.

I've come to this thread late in the day and my BT shares have been transferred over. I have 5 months before they start charging a fee.
These BT shares have never matched the value I bought them for so I might as well sell them, does anyone know will I have to pay a fee to the platform?0
