It sounds like IWeb are right, it's a Jarvis issue not within their control
If Jarvis was the registered holder on the ex dividend date(s) the payment will be made to them and they should forward it to IWeb in due course
    Have you asked Jarvis?

Thanks for replying.  I've tried to call Jarvis with no success thus far. I'll give them another try tomorrow.
    Cheers again

Jarvis aren't going to perform the task on one off basis. There'll be a regular sweep of accounts in due course.  One of my transferred stocks doesn't pay the dividend until early July.

I telephoned Jarvis about this yesterday.  They stated that IWEB have not made any request for payment.  Jarviis stated that I could make a request to have the dividends tansferred to my nominated bank account via email.  That suits me.  If you want it to remain in an ISA wrapper then it will probably be necessary to contact IWEB.

Any holdings with a record date after the transfer should be paid into the IWEB account. Any with a record date before the transfer will go to Jarvis.

    Hi all,

Received another email update from Jarvis today who have said that they need to be instructed by 20th June if I don't want to move to ii and would like to transfer my holdings elsewhere.

Could someone please advise what the current timeline is for moving to iWEB?

    Thanks

That will very much depend on the investments you hold and that need to be transferred across. Also the amount of work the late surge of exit's will create.

I just called iWEB who said that a simple transfer of GIA (with some UK holdings) could take around 2-3 weeks which is cutting it a bit too fine in my case.

Think I'll just wait for for the transfer to ii and then transfer to iWEB after that given that ii aren't charging for the first 6 months and there are no exit fees within that period. That way I won't need to worry about this month's Shell dividend slipping through the cracks and it gives me time to download a full transaction history from Jarvis before the move to ii. There may be a little admin getting set up with ii but I'd rather avoid a stressful transfer to iWEB with 20th June looming.

If they only need to be instructed by the 20th (not completed), I don't see the issue or need to delay?

I'm travelling over the next couple of weeks and transferring from Jarvis requires a wet signature on hard copy documents according to iWEB whereas transferring from ii can be done electronically. Presumably because ii are part of the electronic transfer scheme and Jarvis aren't.

IWeb said they needed a wet signature, but after I said post the form to me to sign (rather than me printing it myself) I got an email requesting I did an electronic signature on an adobe document.  I did that, then got a secure message saying the request has been logged ("Step 1" completed) and they'd now be contacting Jarvis for details of the account to transfer.

Nothing in the post (yet).  If they are already contacting Jarvis then I can't see why they'd still need a wet signature.
