You need to conclude missives now with the new entry date stated on it. 

That way she has to vacate on that date.

My partner says the missives are complete but not for house sale here? I think the ones for here came through today

Is  the missive concluded, which is done between the solicitors?

They have them sitting on a desk but not concluded reason she said is she doesn’t want me homeless so solicitor wont complete here yet

Hopefully you can get them all concluded soon so entry date is fixed.

Update 

So seller has pulled out with one week to go. The house they were buying they fell out with builders and are no longer willing to move due to delays to it. So now I have been hit with a legal bill and no house. I can still sell but very very little to buy.

Sadly I'm not surprised to read this update, I think the indications were there from the seller, but I'm sorry you've been left like this after such a stressful process

Yes sadly we have been told we owe legal fees for no house so a waste of time really. We simply
couldn't anything else to buy and never wanted to rent. I was also put off buying in that street after that happened

Does going through a mortgage application to this stage affect credit rating? 

Also I cancelled a few broadband contacts as I couldn’t get the right date does this affect it either as they do credit checks?
