Then the provider of the SIM is your ISP. If they've just provided the SIM and not the router, then they will not have any control to enable such features themselves. If you can set a fixed channel for the wifi, that will prevent any connectivity loss from switching channels, as the mini doesn't cope with that very well in my experience. Other than that, the only thing I can think of is periodic interference in the 2.4 GHz band, which likely you'll not be able to do much about.WBCPB said:

Zero issues with my mini connected to Deco x50 mesh. Not even had to disable mesh roaming for it or set it to only use 2.4 GHz band, they just work together.0

Not sure what smart wifi is supposed to be, but the mini like most IoT devices is 2.4ghz only, so if you have an AP that is 2.4 and 5, it might cause problems, best to use an AP thats just 2.4 only. Most wifi devices will allow you to separate the name for 2.4 and 5 so they dont overlap.
Things are still ok here, although my mind has occasionally wondered if there is now better options than Agile, such as the new EV tariff on EON. But unlikely to move at the very least until next winter.
@masonic Octopus website states it can take 2-3 weeks, so I guess you need to wait that out, and then after 3 weeks point try to get them to investigate in whats wrong with the smart readings.1 -

It is probably something they will need to do on their side as various third parties are able to access the data.Next week should be interesting on the Tomato front too. I wonder if they'll bill for the consumption for the first half of April as usual.0

My data has now appeared in the Octopus API. It still isn't showing in the app, but will probably appear later today. So 11 days after switching. I have no idea why it took this long.2
