A big Mr M’s shop this morning and I mean huge to get Week Number 2 out of 3 before Easter to earn £17 worth of fiver points. I plan these shops like a military exercise with an actual shopping list researched online beforehand for special offers etc on mostly non-perishables we’d buy anyway. So, stocked up on cat food, washing liquid, cleaning stuff, tins, oil, condiments, a pair of slippers, bottle of gin and some normal food and bingo another £17 credit towards Christmas!
My IBS has flared so nothing much else achieved today other than usual boring stuff.Tilly Tidying andPADing in 2024 £250.62

Here’s the challenge:
So it isn’t stuffed to the gunnels. It’s all kinds of random cleaning materials and equipment (shoe polish, firefighters, my Christmas present sonic water bath, furniture polish, handwashing stuff, an iron etc.).There is a cupboard under the sink next to it which I think the handwashing stuff should move to as that’s where I do the handwashing. The shoe polishing stuff can go into the downstairs loo. Some of the duplicates under the sink can go down to the cellar to make space. The sonic cleaner and the iron can go upstairs into my craft room as they are both used so rarely. I will need to remove the firelighters as we don’t use that type any more. Maybe the next door neighbours?I am cogitating …. I will take the iron and the sonic cleaner upstairs now so I will have started! 😉

Congrats on the lack of swearing and injuring redo
Ipads are wiped, charging, and have had the screen protectors removed. Label printed, so I just need to find a charge for each, pack them up tomorrow and arrange collection. Hopefully they will meet the requirements and I'll get some money in my paypal account as a result. It may have taken longer than planned... but I'm almost there! The laptop sadly can't get the OS reinstalled despite trying lots of suggested options, so that's going to have to go out for the electrical waste collection.
Once the ipads are gone, i'll pick another item from my list!5 -
We have had a flurry of deliveries today - curtain rings, shelving brackets, and a new keyboard (which I'm counting as an OAT because mine has been missing multiple numbers for several months now).
My OAT enthusiasm seems to have rubbed off on Mr Cheery, who has spent much of today clearing out the offshot (utility room/main entrance to the house). This (including the small loo/shower in the corner) is where anything and everything gets dumped, and it's often a complete tip. Which doesn't help my calmness when I walk through the door 😬
Ot's currently still a complete tip but in a slightly different configuration 😂 I'm hoping it will be reasonably sorted before our visitors tomorrow evening 😬4 -

Managed to respond to the buyer but didn't phone BB company so that rolls over to today.
Made the executive decision that OH didn't need two letters from 2015 advising that his bank was changing T&Cs so personal info removed and rest went in to recycling.
Liking this accountability 🙂4 -
I have found chargers for the ipads, so next step is packaging... I want to have them picked up by the end of the week. If I'm arranging a pickup, I should also dig up some strawberry runners as I've promised them to my niece and could pack and send at the same time. So find packaging, pack it all up, and hopefully get it done in time to arrange a pickup tomorrow.4
