I washed ALL the hoover filters now, and discovered that I need to take the roller out more often from the shark as it was completely clogged.
Have almost emptied the office ready for the filling tomorrow.
Parts for the small shed rainwater harvesting have arrived so may get those sorted out later.5 -
I cleaned the back and front doors, finally! The front door was really dirty. I'm going to have to put a reminder to do that more regularly. My dog woke up with a limp today so my husband took her to the vet. I thought I should get a OAT out of the way while he was out.3

I realise that I'm now at a stage where most of the house looks more or less tidy and things are mostly in their right place but those places now need to be rationalised and given a good old sort out. As an example I have a couple of boxes in my study where all my stationery such as plastic folders, dividers, notebooks etc have been stashed but these can now be properly organised. Similarly with First Aid type supplies there's a storage box with loads of stuff in it which may or may not be out of date or might even be empty boxes.
so this week I'm going to tackle a box a day. Today will be a box of stationery.

Well done PiP.
Have almost finished emptying my office ready for the hole to be filled tomorrow. Also need to clear stuff out of the bathroom and two wardrobes. And take down a pair of curtains and a blind. And probably move a few more things. All progress towards actually getting stuff finished.

Excellent progress in here! Reading about everyone else's OATs just spurs me on to do more of my own 😊
Delighted to report that I have finished my curtains 😃 Lots of faffing, and there's a particular thing I don't like aesthetically that I might change later 🙈 but for now both pairs are matching and hung and functioning nicely 😊😊
Plumber came this morning so boiler is also fixed and we can run a bath in less than an hour again 😃 headed off an OAT by paying straight away.4 -
