WI on Friday showed a gain of +0.5 lbs, sorry Brambling & everyone. In my defence we did spend 6 days away enjoying food & drink - in pre SW days it would have meant a 7lb gain so I was doing something right 😬
Anyway, have reset, drawn a line blah etc. & la la la 🫡"I started out with nothing
And still got most of it left"

Welcome Karen 👏and welcome back ditty sorry life has been a bit blah. Good luck to both of you
well done on reaching and passing your target cranky 🎖️ you're consistently hitting your numbers each week.
eltee a half pound gain after a week way is fantastic 🙂
No apologies needed for any gains I have my own devils and currently feel I'm going backwards, ice cream rather than salads 🫣 birthday tomorrow and the a line must be drawn, I should have been making a effort before my hip operationLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin9 -
Thanks everybody and @Brambling for tracking. Morning weighing in with a 2 lb gain, not great but I guess that is the price for setting my starting weight on a day when I didn't have risotto the night before. Not looking for excuses. I'll keep at it and only weigh myself on Tuesdays!

Morning
Happy birthday @Brambling
Unfortunately 2lb gain for me. Feeling crap about it as have been having super low calorie for me days of 1300 to 1500 for a few days and then i eat about 2000 because that low feels unsustainable to me. Gym 3 times a week plus 10k steps but weight either comes off exceptionally slowly or goes on fast.
I think I'm going to try what feels like a radically different approach for may the whole glucose balancing/zoe type idea and not count calories as that doesn't seem to work for me. I will be keeping a close eye on the scales though as I'm frightened it'll lead to more weight gain but traditional dieting is not working. Only problem is, it is much more expensive to eat that way. Goid luck everybody xWeight loss goal 6/7lbs for first quarter
Overall 2025 weight loss goal for the year 6/21lbs
Holiday savings target 3400/£48007 -
-1lb please Brambling .
