Didn't update before I went away, will see what the damage is when I get back.
I'm walking more, have Mr Pepper to scrape me up if I need it, am having pain in hips, knees and various other places... aches and pains appear to take it in turns on a strict rotation.
I'm not drinking, or eating rubbish apart from my Easter chocolate and the odd Cornetto. I stopped drinking about 2 years ago when the Psoriasis and Arthritis got worse and will add that it has made no difference to my weight what so ever, but will count the health benefits and money saving as a bonus.
Strawberries are in season so I'm happy with that and my ordering meat in Spanish at the butchers counter has improved, chicken and a bag of reduced salad for tea, with an ice cream as a reward for walking and swimming.

Hey everyone! -1Ib for me.
I missed last week but thanks to Easter and a birthday I spent about 4 or 5 days eating anything and everything! The 'cheat meals' were more of an all day long thing...whoops!
Also missed a week of exercise due to getting vertigo so some days I didnt even leave the sofa.
I got my diet and exercise back on track as soon as possible and tried to just eat normally which honestly makes me feel better in myself....and Im thrilled that I didnt gain, let alone loose anything!7 -
I did weigh myself on Friday but then I got involved with ds wanting to go out somewhere so I forgot to post sorry. It's a loss this week so -2.5 lbs which hopefully makes up for the STS last week 😁 I did have some easter egg but it was one of the 98p ones so small and I gave half of it to ds.7

Good morning. Being ill all week and a mix of new meds seems to have helped this week. -1.5lb please. Really hoping it doesn't go back on now im starting to feel better as the st mark is finally (only very, very just) in the single figure zone!

STS for me but it would have been a 1lb gain if I had recorded it yesterday. I was at a 60th birthday do on Saturday evening with loads of food but I did restrain myself. I did dance and walk loads that day too and added more yesterday. I am away on holiday next week so will record again on my return.3
