Congrats on your progress so far, you're doing a GREAT job! 😀
Monthly weigh in time... reporting a loss of 6lbs. I feel disappointed I couldn't get into the next stone bracket but that's something to work towards over the next month (I'm 1.5lbs away... so close!). On the plus side, I can feel my body is changing so I know everything I'm doing is 'working' lol. On the plus plus side, I'm under 300lbs again and have lost just over a stone since starting💃🏽

Pleased to report a 1.5lb loss since my last check in! I've been trying to recover energy levels with plenty of rest, healthy food and walks. The lovely weather is helping!
I've managed a couple of C25K runs and about to head out for another one before work, as I think it'll be too warm after work.

Hi @Brambling and everybody can I please join here - you helped me lose weight before, but it has all crept back on, when I wasn't looking and had other problems that were bigger and more important. Now it is affecting my health, and my activities due to joint aches, so I'm currently trying some new food options, aiming for 8/16(gently) and fun activities like walking, biking and swimming and need to start weight training, but haven't quite joined a gym.
Anyways am trying not to set too many targets, so I guess I am trying to do 2 out of 3 every day - healthy food, 8/16(fasting) and 30-60 min dedicated exercise most days.
The specific aim is to loose lb19 and starting weight is 12.5 stone down to 11.2st.
The aim is to loose10 lb for the rest of this quarter.

My fault for cheering myself up from crappy work shifts with a take away (and an entire tub of ice cream!). I really need to stop eating/shopping my feelings.
Rest of the week was good though and Ive already done my pilates and mini stepper this morning. Going for a nice long walk this afternoon as well so hopefully that will help.7 -
Hi, I’d like to join this weight loss challenge. I am 11 lbs away from a 6st weight loss which was my goal when I first started. I do go to a SW group.
For this quarter I’d like to lose 4 lbs. My weigh day is a Wednesday.
