    Is there potential benefit in asking the cpurt for the date my defence was served, so, if it was over 28 days ago from this response, i can argue this claim should be stayed?

    - The receipt of the above letter is step 7. 
    - I must wait for the court to serve DQ form and complete step 8.

    Confirmed, keep checking your MCOL claim history to see when its been posted,  then download it and follow step 8

    Form N180 recieved from court by post. 

    Completed form and photo scanned it. Attached to email and sent to cnbc and cc'ed dbl legal, as per step 8. 

    How does the communication to co-ordinate step 9/mediation call occur?
