Thankyou - I will ammend0

I'm gonna have to take a few hours and go through line by line and confirm it's exactly as the original source template, and exactly as the parking eye/dbl template ammended, add the links, then add the bespoke paras, then check numbering.
How do I share a final version for cross-check or shall we just roll with it...1 -
You can share it with us here BUT we do not need to check the whole of the standard template, just the first few paragraphs #1 - #6 and any that you have added or amended. In the draft you have already shown us, your numbering is incorrect and you have left in @Coupon-mad's instructions.2

Hi all, to feedback, I have submitted my defence.
- I used the defence template for ParkingEye/DBL that reference Chan & Akande cases, and, included the bespoke paragraphs written for me (thank you!).
- Typed my name under signature in the defence template and pdf'ed the .doc file.
- Attached the .pdf file to an email in accordance with steps, using text, 1-6 of the 12 Steps (on template defence sticky thread).
- Additionally typed the word 'e-signed [my name]' into the body of the email. (no printer)
-I received the below automated email back from the ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk email address immediately:Thank you for emailing the Claim Responses Team in the Civil National Business Centre. Please expect a response to your enquiry in 10 days
When sending us documents please ensure you comply with the Practice Direction 5B
https://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/procedure-rules/civil/rules/part05/pd_part05b
Documents not complying will not be accepted, in particular if it is over 10MB or 25 printed pages in size.
- I assume by complying with the direction/steps detailed on this forum I have also complied with Practice Direction 5B detailed in the CNBC response email. Confirm (if it matters)?
- Next, I await step 7/8 (receive claimants & my own Direction Questionnaire DQ) of the 12 steps to be sent to me. Confirm?
- Dates wise: Claim Form received 21 Mar, My MCOL response 25 Mar, Defence email sent 20 Apr (couple of days spare of the 28 to be safe), Confirm compliant?
Appreciate the forums assistance with this, hope I got the process correct.

Is the DQ expected from CNBC within 10 business days?0
-
further, can my GP signed 'unfitness' delay this process at all? and would that really be benefitial?1

And no to the 'unfit' question.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Cheers
- The 10 business days referenced on the CNBC auto-email triggered a clarification question.
- Interesting how the court process doesn't recognise health to grant the same assistance as what is demanded of an employer (but I will stop there).
- I assume dates are compliant or you'd have said.
Cheers for Easter break input particularly0
