Do it this week. Pointless delaying an easy template email attachment.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hey, just a quick update, I received the email acknowledgement for my defence. As for the content, I winged it but I tried my best. Here’s hoping for a positive outcome. Horrible, how much time is wasted by these moneymaking schemer’s.

It certainly is. Some MPs, groups, Steering group C-mad is on and motorists are pushing Govt for the promised CoP and regulation for PP industry. We're sick of Govt verbal promises we need to see some action NOW. Join the push email your MP and sign some of the petitions.

@Nellymoser I agree, Hopefully action is taken against these scam companies soon. Meanwhile, I am still waiting to hear back from CNBC, they said 10days. Today being the 10th ‘working’ day.

Hey guys, after going through and following each step carefully, (the last being signing the form N180) I have been sent a defence reply from Parkingeye highlighting as their opening statement that I have used a common template found online that people use to get out of parking charged and basically rebutting all my points. They also sent images of the new signage without a camera date but a fake date added at the bottom. Also a outline of the parking space which again does not show a signage on the back wall as you enter. They have also very confidently stated that they will not be giving information regarding the consideration period time. They are choosing to withhold the time frame you have in which to consider a contract.

A few days later they sent me a gesture of goodwill letter stating they will consider £165 rather than £210.

Considering all this I would appreciate any further advice, thank you.

Sounds like you may have received their WS with the standard stuff about Internet templates,  or it's the intention to proceed letter, but more importantly

Have you done the compulsory mediation stage yet  ?   If not, that would be the time to negotiate a settlement figure,  if you are so inclined,  where you start at £10 , then £20 etc  ( or you refuse to settle and the process would continue   )

If you dont understand why I replied like this, then you have not studied the mediation stage or 12 steps in 2 announcements near the top of the forum

The point I am making is that you have not mentioned the all important mediation stage

Hello yes I have filled in the N180 and I intend to proceed to mediation however the court has not officially replied yet other than sending me parking eyes response. I am still waiting to arrange the mediation appointment.
