I have just won my case and I advise you to.
1. DON’T PANIC DON’T PAY, ( only pay if court orders you to or you make an informed choice to pay)
2. Research.
3. Post photos of the Parking signage on site.
4. Answer these questions;
a. Did you see any signage about Parking?
b. Did you read the signs?
c. What did they say about parking rules.
d. Did you get the authorisation required for parking mentioned in the claim form you uploaded?

Nice to see you still around, Suki
Here's the Claim Form redacted properly:You realise that you can make an offer at Mediation anyway? Defending is so easy.No CCJ is risked as long as you follow all court directions and our advice. Simple template stuff and a chance to settle it on the phone, probably for £60, if that's what you want.
But you simply need to defend first.
Please answer our questions including the DATE OF ISSUE you covered up.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Im taking it my defence is that I was a patron and the casino had tried to remove the PCN but was unable to. PE only issued me with the odd letter and took me straight to court. Obviously in the beavis case me beavis was given 4-5 letters and a pre court letter. I received nothing of the sort. So a contempt of court as in waste of time etc. also that the big contract sign is on the left wall once you have already entered there would be no way to see it as you walk in as it is not on the opposite wall. I believe this has been won in a preceding case. Also the duration only being 16mins where 15 would be just to consider the case. So technically car was there for just a minute. Exaggerated case by PE.
Kindly, please advise0 -

Please don't take this as criticism but its not easy to understand what you are saying about the signage in your post.
I went on gooogle maps and the sign I saw had no info about the rules of the car park just a sign saying it was the customer car park, if that it the case I'm pretty sure you'd win on there being no contract and no terms and conditions to break.

Remember you are defending a claim, not proving contempt of court (I know how outraged you feel and I wanted to go that route too)
Maybe other people will correct me but I'm fairly sure that
I was a patron and the casino had tried to remove the PCN but was unable to
is not a defence.
