Can we see photos of the signage please2

Sorry for the confusion. Basically as you drive in the sign with the £100 on it is on the barrier to the left of you. You would have to fully enter into the car park and turn around to even see it. As in its not on the opposite wall to the entrance its on the wall you enter from impossible to be seen upon entry. Thanks for your help0

As in its not on the opposite wall to the entrance its on the wall you enter from impossible to be seen upon entry.Im taking it my defence is that I was a patron and the casino had tried to remove the PCN but was unable to. PE only issued me with the odd letter and took me straight to court. Obviously in the beavis case me beavis was given 4-5 letters and a pre court letter. I received nothing of the sort. So a contempt of court as in waste of time etc. also that the big contract sign is on the left wall once you have already entered there would be no way to see it as you walk in as it is not on the opposite wall. I believe this has been won in a preceding case. Also the duration only being 16mins where 15 would be just to consider the case. So technically car was there for just a minute. Exaggerated case by PE.
Kindly, please advise
Like we said, that's not really a defence.
Was it dark when you were there?
Did you just miss the keypad in the casino to register your car as a patron?
Was it hidden away? No big signs pointing to the iPad inside the casino? That's your defence. Plus the template defence.
No CCJ is risked as long as you follow all court directions and our advice.
Like I said: as long as you defend, early on you'll get court mediation. Just a phone call. It's a chance to settle it on the phone, probably for £60, if that's what you want.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yeah it was dark. I know I think that would be the best course of action considering everything. Since other defences dont matter. Do you think the court would atleast consider the time spent parked was a total of 16 minutes only?0
