That the fine needs paying & it will go to court basically. They’ve sent pictures but only ones that suit them again. I’ve asked for all the footage form the full 4 & 15 hours I’m supposedly there but they’re going through the lease company rather than me which is why i never received anything in the first place. Here’s everything below:
Good afternoon,
Thank you for your email.
The parking charge was issued on 16th December 2024 as the vehicle was parked at Kingsley Village Shopping Park – Overstaying time. The name and address of the registered keeper were obtained from the DVLA. The lease company provided your name and address as the hirer of the vehicle. The parking charge notice was sent to you on 6th February 2025 and a final reminder was sent to you on 20th February 2025. Please see attached PDF copies of these notices. After no payment or appeal was received, the parking charge was passed to debt recovery for further action.
Please be advised we have checked our system and there was one only entrance and one exit captured for this vehicle on the day of the parking charge.
Please note that you had the opportunity to appeal the parking charge if you believed it was issued incorrectly or you wanted it reviewed. This information is provided on the back of the parking charge notice.
Please be advised that the case is no longer with UKPC. We therefore would advise that you contact DCBL with any queries moving forward on 0203 434 0423 or by emailing collections@dcbltd.com
Thank you.
Kind regards,

Sorry a charge. Just always been my way of thinking about it.0

Please be advised that the case is no longer with UKPC.You literally emailed UKPC to get all the information you just spouted!0

Now make a complaint to the BPA that UKPC have pretended that two double dip cases are not double dip cases, and it is clear that they've just fobbed the complaint off and they appear to have carried out no human checks whatsoever to find the orphan images. Attach UKPC's final response & tell the BPA that you will also be complaining to the DVLA and involving your MP (NAME YOUR MP) and will ask them to raise 'double dips' with the MHCLG.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
