That the fine needs paying & it will go to court basically. They’ve sent pictures but only ones that suit them again. I’ve asked for all the footage form the full 4 & 15 hours I’m supposedly there but they’re going through the lease company rather than me which is why i never received anything in the first place. Here’s everything below:

    Good afternoon,

    Thank you for your email.

The parking charge was issued on 16th December 2024 as the vehicle was parked at Kingsley Village Shopping Park – Overstaying time. The name and address of the registered keeper were obtained from the DVLA. The lease company provided your name and address as the hirer of the vehicle. The parking charge notice was sent to you on 6th February 2025 and a final reminder was sent to you on 20th February 2025. Please see attached PDF copies of these notices. After no payment or appeal was received, the parking charge was passed to debt recovery for further action.

Please be advised we have checked our system and there was one only entrance and one exit captured for this vehicle on the day of the parking charge.

Please note that you had the opportunity to appeal the parking charge if you believed it was issued incorrectly or you wanted it reviewed. This information is provided on the back of the parking charge notice.

Please be advised that the case is no longer with UKPC. We therefore would advise that you contact DCBL with any queries moving forward on 0203 434 0423 or by emailing collections@dcbltd.com

    Thank you.

    Kind regards,

Now make a complaint to the BPA that UKPC have pretended that two double dip cases are not double dip cases, and it is clear that they've just fobbed the complaint off and they appear to have carried out no human checks whatsoever to find the orphan images. Attach UKPC's final response & tell the BPA that you will also be complaining to the DVLA and involving your MP (NAME YOUR MP) and will ask them to raise 'double dips' with the MHCLG.

    Dear Cornwall Council,

We write further to your recent correspondence.

We are instructed by our Client to recover the outstanding balance in relation to the Parking Charge issued to you.

The timeframe in which to submit an appeal expired prior to our instruction. Please be advised, DCBL are not part of the appeals process and we are solely instructed for the purpose of debt resolution. As the person named by our client, you remain liable for the outstanding balance.

Why not Download our DCBL Customer App making debt resolution more transparent and manageable.

Taking the stress out of debt, the app offers powerful features such as:
    • 24/7 Accessibility: Check your account, amend details, review outstanding balances, and make payments anytime, anywhere.
    • Document and Case Management: Access supporting evidence of the debt, track case progress, and review past transactions without needing to contact us.
    • Secure Communication Channels.
    • Proactive Alerts and Notifications.

    Alternatively, you can make payments:
    • Scan to Pay. Simply scan the QR code on our letters with your phone and pay by card.
    • Secure online payment, pay by card available 24/7 at www.dcbltd.com/pay-online.
    • 24/7 Payment line: 01302 897022.
    • Bank Transfer Please quote your DCBL reference number as the payment reference.
    Sort Code: 20-24-09
    Account Number: 60430781
    • Calling our Office: 01606 539 169. Opening hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, and Saturday, 9am to 5pm.

Please note, DCBL are unable to enter any further correspondence regarding your appeal or dispute, as our position has been fully outlined.

Should you wish to discuss further payment options, please contact DCBL on 01606 539 169 and speak to one of our collections associates.

DCBL have a legitimate interest in this matter, due to the fact instruction is received from the client in debt resolution action of an unpaid debt. Whilst the case remains unpaid, DCBL will continue to pursue the debt, until our Client instructs us otherwise. Should the debt remain unpaid, it would be the decision of our client regarding how they wish to proceed.

    Kind regards,
