"I also note, ppc has not complied...."

Also suggest you put the name of the parking company here (is it UK Parking Control Ltd?)  -  ppc is the forum shorthand for "private parking company".

Remove - I will be making a complaint about your
    conduct.
You are writing to complain so state it at the start of your letter. Do not give them any opportunity to say your letter is an appeal or they'll reply saying 'you're too late to appeal'.

Oh and add a paragraph giving your postal address and tell them to erase the work address when cancelling the PCN.

Yes that'll do - but say at the end what you want them to do about it and remove "Kind regards"

    To UK Parking Control,

I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your conduct.

I will bring it to your attention that the PCN claims a time in the car park of '4 hours & 34 minutes' which is wholly inaccurate as the driver was in the car park on two separate occasions, not the one you claim. These were two different fleeting visits at the times specified in the letter, a 'double dip', and had you done your due diligence you would see that this was the case, and you would have located these orphan images in which the driver could be seen leaving and entering in between the 'entry' and 'exit' time you have falsely specified. The allegation involves an overstay of 34 minutes which is not the case.

I also note, UK Parking Control Ltd  has not complied with their ppssCoP and therefore in breach of the KADOE contract with the DVLA.

    "7.3. Use of photographic evidence”

"NOTE 1: The manual quality control check for remote ANPR and CCTV systems is particularly important for detecting issues such as “double dipping”, where image camera systems might have failed to accurately record each instance when a vehicle enters and leaves controlled land, and for checking images that might have been taken other than by a trained parking attendant (see Clause 15). The manual check might also reveal where “tailgating” – vehicles passing a camera close together – is a problem, suggesting relocation of the camera might be necessary."

With this information please now cancel this fine.

    Does this look good guys?

Honestly this forum has been a huge relief & help to me. I just want to place on hand my thanks to everyone for your help. Felt so helpless this morning!

Change 'ppssCoP' to Code of Practice.

    Change '
cancelling my work address' to 'erasing'.
