1 stone 5 isn’t so bad you can easily get it gone by Christmas or even before.

Sorry to hear about the wardrobe 😞

There will be a reason behind you missing out on the wardrobe. Whether thats you find something better or cheaper, need to use the money for something else or just to accept the life lesson of grabbing something when it appears.

    The new hosting sounds great.

Sounds a perfect day! Up early, jobs done & the rest of the day to relax. And it's another glorious day - well, it is here & hopefully it is where you are too.

Really happy you have found a business adventure and you have your first booking . On the river cruise yesterday I was speaking to another lady , she gave me an idea for another income stream that I am researching. It’s another hot day here .

So, I weighed myself and I knew I had gained weight but it isn't as bad as I thought. I need to lose 1 stone and 5lbs to be back in a healthy range. It feels doable and as soon as I knew my weight I started thinking more mindfully. My route will be a weekly weigh in and posting losses (or gains...) on here. I finally checked my BP a few weeks ago and that is good. I'm going to be kicking simple carbs to the kerb, eating in a 8 hour window and being more active. If after a fortnight that doesn't pay dividends I will get more 'diet-y' Seeing how energetic @jwil is as she loses weight and becomes more active is motivating me!

Aww that's a lovely thing to say, thank you :)  I definitely have a lot more energy, and it feels really good :)

What a lovely long list of accomplishments. I empathise entirely with feeling better if the kitchen (and bathroom) is tidy and clean. Mine is rather big which is lovely for cooking but several surfaces become dumping grounds if I am not careful. I am trying to do the 'put it away rather than putting it down' technique as I am one of the worst offenders in the first place, and then if a pile is begun others seem to add contributions. I have tackled two places today and rehomed all the strays, and found a couple of solutions for things like stamps saved for I the RNIB and upcoming post for surveys.
