I keep a note of the frame sizes I need ,in my purse, so that I can check the Charity shops. They usually have a box of frames somewhere and I’ve been very lucky.3

Thanks @jwil @savingholmes @liselle Great ideas for the frames. I will take measurements of my posters today. Thank you
So, I had a lovely day yesterday with my friend. We went to a lovely part of a neighbouring area. It was a long walk there and back, but we took our time. We went out for a meal that my friend treated me to. She went back this morning.
I had part one of a medical appointment...
Then, on my way to the station with friend I had a call...would I take 2 people at short notice for 4 nights. The house was guest ready and I had lots of clean linen in the cupboard. I cobbled together a meal that went down well...I'm quite pleased I could respond to the request positively without feeling stressed. Both guests are nice, so I am expecting everything to be fine. I am enjoying thinking how to spend the money, although some will go to debt
I have lots of white rice and kidney beans, so I plan to buy some turkey mince for a chilli and some leaves for a salad...
I caught sight of my hands today. They need work. I was thinking of buying some hand scrub, but shopping from home I found a mini body scrub I will use instead. I was going to buy a good nail file but I have a few cheaper ones that I will use up first. I dug out some nice hand cream
That is me for yesterday and today
To do- find yoga info for laminating (I will be attempting sun salutations once I get this done. Not sure I can do some of the poses but going to give it a go...)
- hands and nails action
Hoping all is well in your world
