    I keep a note of the frame sizes I need ,in my purse, so that I can check the Charity shops.They usually have a box of frames somewhere and I’ve been very lucky.

    if you want a cheap hand scrub just mix some sugar or salt with cooking oil / coconut oil and scrub away !
