    Had a really bad afternoon.

I hadd a review meeting with my boss, apparently HR need me to se occupational health as I have had to much time off sick (with my depression) he is not happy with my performance and has noted the amount of time I am spending on the net, so basically I can't visit this site or any others while at work as I feel like I will be watched.

I just want to cry, stress levels are sky high again, although I am looking in the jobs paper to see if there is anything else out there. He didn't seem to think there would be that much of a problem, but I feel so bad about it, that maybe it is time for something new.

So I am looking at the jobs papers and I am going to have a chat to a friend who works for a recruitment agency and get her to look out for permanent positions for me.

I feel like I take one step forward and 5 back, I know that the internet thing is my own fault, but I need you guys as support, I'm not sure how I am going to cope tomorrow, but I need to make the effort.

    Life sucks

I know I just get so worried about things, maybe it is time to move on, I've been there nearly 3 years.

I am just so fed up of it all, plus I am wondering how I will cope in a situation where I feel like I will be watched all the time.

Sent off for some info on a couple of admin jobs and one organising events for a hotel. We'll see what the salaries are like.

    :) Always the way, eh?

I can understand how you wouldn't want to have that being watched feeling - can you still log on at lunchtime? Might be worth it just for the support!

  • Sorry to hear that honey. As above might be worth asking your boss about lunchtimes, just say you've taken on board what has been said and want to make sure that it is ok if you go on in your lunchtime. That way a)he sees your being proactive and taken on board what has been said and b) they may be less likely to watch you?

    Hope everything goes ok.

  • Sorry to hear you're having problems at work - I'm also guilty of spending too much time online while I'm at work and I always go into my annual reviews dreading someone saying something about it but I've been lucky so far....hope you can sort something out or find a wonderful new job instead that you love!

Lots of luck and best wishes x I know I don't often post but I often read your diary and just wanted to send you some support.
