Post a redacted picture of the left hand side of the claim form,  after hiding your name and address,  any QR codes and also hide the VRM details in the POC on the lower left of the claim form  ( hide the right half of the claim form too  )

You must add a short sentence to your post when attaching the redacted picture

You might need a supplementary WS. What did your old one say? Did you point out that the contract did NOT include the £25 that they randomly added to the claimed quantum?

Did you ask this to check who the claimant is?

No. We want to see how they pleaded the claim. Cover your VRM.

Hi, I'll go and check what I put.
I can't believe the amount of paperwork there is for this ridiculous case!
Their reply to my Defence is 85 pages including several pages of almost completely black redacted pages of their contract with Welcome Break.
Their WS is 95 pages long because it includes all the rubbish they put in their reply.

I am literally living in a Charles Dickens novel.

    Hi all

I guess I posted the original questions because I am losing the will to pursue this case. It's actually making me ill I think.

Which is why I posted the original questions to decide whether to give up.

I know it would be stupid to do that because I have come so far but I am feeling so anxious about actually going to court.

I can't really handle a lose but am still willing to risk it if I can maintain my confidence that I do have a case.

But when I read that sentence in their second witness statement (see my original post) it melted my brain and caused me to doubt myself :(

It's horrible feeling of being blackmailed into paying at the beginning of all this or gaslighted by their ridiculous statements.

But I'm motivated by the anger of the injustice that they can do this.

I guess that's why you are all here.

    Thx

    Hi

In my WS I concentrated on facts particular to my case whereas in my Defence statement I put my facts plus some copied and pasted stuff from this website mainly.

It might take a while to redact and upload.

Would it be useful if I did that?

And should I upload my Defence and WS?

    Thx

Yes that will help. You may not need another WS. You can point out at the hearing that £25 isn't on the signs, plus anything else you want to add.
