SOS; Am I going insane or is it them?

Greetings to all against these robbers.
OK, so court appearance next week.
Long story (aren't they all
) short;
Motorway Service Station, duration of stay 2hrs 20mins, free parking 2 hours.
I've followed the advice on here, for which I am really grateful, as best I could.
I am kinda wishing I had paid the stoopid charge because the process is pretty draining to say the least.
But I made my bed and here I am.
Now received their second witness statement which contains the following sentence;
Thanks
Suki

Now received their second witness statement which contains the following sentence;
PxxxxxxExx would clarify that it is common terminology for a private parking operator that the site is managed as a whole car park and is therefore referred to as such.
Quiz questions of the day;- Does the sentence even make sense?
- What on earth is a whole car park? No-one has said anything about part or parts thereof.
- I think they meant to say; 'the whole site is managed as a car park' would you agree?
- Can they equate/conflate the site and the car-park (whole or part!!)?
- If they can then should the signage refer to STAY rather than PARKING?
- Is the petrol station, within the site, part of the car-park or part of the site?
- Is placing a vehicle next to a petrol pump part of a 'parking event'?
- Please could a kind, sane person tell me who is going insane? Is it me or them?
Thanks
Suki

Are ParkingEye pursuing this in court themselves, or are DCB Legal representing them?
Have you submitted a Defence and a Witness Statement?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Attendance for the claimant will be through its agent from LPC Law.
Yes, defence and WS submitted, case is next week.
They have just sent a second WS which contains the offending sentence.
Can I do a second WS too?0 -
Sorry, forgot to say Hi Umkomaas0

Hi
I did answer
Attendance for the claimant will be through its agent from LPC Law.0 -
No, that aspect came later, you didn't know that fact until recently
Top left of the claim form will state Parking Eye
Next box down will either say Parking Eye, OR possibly DCB Legal
Definitely not LPC Law2 -
Or just show us the POC and we can tell.
- Is the petrol station, within the site, part of the car-park or part of the site?
- Is placing a vehicle next to a petrol pump part of a 'parking event'?
No and no. Use that in court! Have you done your WS yet? Presumably yes, as the hearing is next week.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks for the responses so far.
On the claim form it says ParkingEye.
But they aren't attending court & will be represented by LPC Legal.
I thought the original Q was about who will be in court against me.
