What is wrong with RWG mobile?

That's unfortunate. About a month ago I used Now chat to reactivate a RWG SIM that had expired due to lack of use. I was answered by a real person and the SIM was working within one minute.

I also had a good experiance with NOW  mobile livechat

This is all history as per some of the recent threads here about RWG. I haven't had a need to contact NOW CS (yet) as so far I haven't had any problems with my service and my monthly allowance renewed automatically as usual.
