What is wrong with RWG mobile?

I got their sim 3 years ago and they were fine back then, but since last year not only has my cell signal been faulty (not being able to call or receive calls most times) but CS is practically non-existent. Not heard back since January via email. I did call just now and it goes through to NOW instead of their own dedicated line?

    I didn't get a PAC code either so i just got one today. They used to be decent that's the thing. And the sim i have with them is a really good one i don't want to lose. Do i lose the sim after porting out do you know?

    You won't lose your number if you get a PAC code, it will transfer to your new sim

    I genuinely don't think that RWG actually exist anymore, it's just become a sub brand of Now mobile, hence why those with Gamma sims seem to be in limbo.

    That looks like a Newport exchange number, rather than a central London number, don't know if anyone is in though....

    Still says 'runs on nowmobile and 3' on the website. Not sure what you mean by 'in limbo'. Have gamma sims stopped working?
