Logged on - saw my qualification notification - very happy
Am I being greedy hoping Virgin might say a similar thankyou to me?0 -
I am feeling lucky as I just scraped into the eligibility criteria - I opened an account with just £100 in July!0

I was thinking something similar. Are the Nationwide board saying that they think that they bought Virgin for £600 million less than the fair price?artyboy said:Bit of a 2 finger salute to all those that campaigned that the Virgin takeover wasn't financially viable

Both my husband and I will get the bonus. Thanks Nationwide.1

Throwing a few scraps again is how it feels. This latest so called thank you, doesn't even cover the increased charge on the Flex plus account.
Again there will be those who will not qualify due to the restrictions, further dividing the membership.1 -
I'm always happy to receive £50 I wasn't expecting and a similar thank you from Virgin would be most welcome, but I shan't be holding my breath.saverkev said:Am I being greedy hoping Virgin might say a similar thankyou to me?
I was wondering however whether the Coventry Building Society might do something similar following their acquisition of the Co-operative Bank.1 -
Well, l missed out on the fairer share payment last year. I wasn't aware of it.
So if they do a fairer share this year, I'll see the fifty quid as compensation!

I'm at a loss, I have a current account and two savings accounts. I have two DD's go out every month and I've had many payments in and out of my account and been a member for several years and all this within the required time frame but as yet, no mention of £50.I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.0 -
Just had the email invitation to participate in electronic voting at the forthcoming Coventry BS AGM. I took a few moments to record and submit my vote, just in case voting is an eligibility criteria for any bonus payment to be announced by Coventry arising from acquisition of Co-operative. You never know....HHUK said:
