    Hi All,

I had a no spend lunch today. I brought in a baking potato and a tin of beans. Wayhay! :j

Got to buy a loaf tomorrow but it will last me all week and I already have ham in the work fridge.

hello all, I should join this group as I am terrible with spending on 'lunch' every day. I work in a newsagents, and also in a supermarket - temptation is all around me! I should think that 90% of my weekly wage ends up going back to my boss! nevermind that I've got pcos and really shouldn't be eating all the sugary goodies...

Yikes, you were up early Lauzjp!! Just wanted to drop in to say that I'm off to a meetin this afternoon and lunch is included. However, knowing that I might not be able to wait til 1.30 for sustenance, I've brought in a cup-a-soup and a slice of bread :)

my cat is evil and wakes me up with howling and often a paw with claws to my head! it's so cold, I knew I wouldn't get back to sleep - and we leave for work just before 5 anyway!

I was remarkably good today and had only asda cheapy noodles for lunch, kept my hands warm too by eating them from a plastic picnic bowl :)
  • SO far this week I'm managed to not buy any lunch. Today I could have bought some lunch as I was in Birds but decided to go home instead and get something.

Haha - mine just wakes me up with her snoring!! Somehow cuter than OH though so I dont mind it!

I had a lovely plate of food at the meeting yesterday but we ended up starting early so I didn't get chance to eat it! It was sitting there looking at me - a lovely chicken kebab thing with my fave courgettes and aubergine - oh boo hoo! Finishing that strong garlic pasta sauce off today. Think I may have skimped on the pasta a bit, but I have a multipack of Curly-Wurlies in my drawer if I get desperate :D

Well I was slightly organised and brought in 4 slices of bread for today and tomorrow's sandwiches + 2 packets of crisps. I already have yoghurts and apples here. I'm on a bit of a chocolate binge at the moment though so spent 40p on some Mars Planets :o

  • Cheese sandwiches yesterday and minestrone cup-a-soup with bread today. Not very exciting but nice and cheap!

Was a member about six months ago but have unfortunately fallen off the wagon! But i'm back on now! So, no more than £5 to be spent per week on lunches- less if possible!! That should make me take stuff from home! :)
