Hello again,
I've been doing very badly for the past few weeks and I want to get back into it.
Today I've brought a breakfast bar, an apple, 2 bananas and an orange for lunch from home £0Jan 1st 07 Car loan £4830.46@12% Personal Loan £11,517@8% variable Overdraft £1500 July 2009Halifax-£0Debt free date 14th July 2009 :j0 -

I start my new job on 6th May, so will be right back into the in a couple of weeks - until then, I am at home trying to eat out of the cupboards, so no problems really as far as lunches go!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Like the look of this. Lunch in uni is always my biggest cost. This week so far....
Monday 21st - £1.50 pizza slice, £2.05 smoothie
Tuesday 22nd- can't remember... That's bad!!
Weds 23rd - packed lunch - chickpea, yoghurt, spinach and lemon salad with cous cous
Thurs 24th - same as above, but ate at home
Fri 25th - will go home and have some pasta
The chickpea recipe I found in a Book for Cooks book I was given for my birthday. Mix a tin of chickpeas with rind of 1 lemon, lemon juice and some plain yoghurt. I didn't have the herbs you needed so added some chopped spring onion, a green chili and tabasco and some spinach leaves. Actually really really nice and filling.0 -
I have had such a result! Got into work last week and my supervisor told me I no longer have to pay for school lunches, I'm on the free list. That would cost me £12.35 a week to pay out for. I'm so chuffed, mainly cos I don't have to get up and prepare a lunch every day! So it looks like I won't be lunch logging for a little while!DFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0
