Hello all! Start of a new NSW, then (I hope!) I have meal planned, so know exactly what I'm having this week, and luckily it's only a 4 day week this and next because of the Easter holidays. So, today:

Mon £0 - leftover HM beef stroganoff; fruit

Hi all, I'm aiming for a NSW, (seen as its only a 4 day week!) don't think i've ever had a no spender before!!!!

Today it was old faithful, cheese n ham toastie, bag of crisps, forgot to bring my yoghurt though, which is annoying!
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

I've got a rather uninspiring tuna salad, a pot of beetroot and an orange.
Absolutely no idea what to have tomorrow - we're having fish for dinner tonight and i doubt they'll be leftovers, and we're out of salad... maybe pasta and tom sauce or something easy. No noodles either :( x

    Hullo folks,

Well this isn't going to be a NSW after all. Last night I met a friend before our regular Scrabble meetup group and she wanted to get something to eat since she'd get home too late for dinner. I've sat around with a cuppa watching her eat before but I felt awkward doing it again. So...£2.70 on a sandwich. Technically it isn't lunch but it comes out of the money I was trying to save so I'm adding it. Also, I'm meeting another friend for dinner on Thursday and that will be quite a bit too. Oh well...I *could* stop meeting friends and save all my money and change my name to Scrooge. But I'm not going to! Bah!

Mon: HM cauliflower curry for lunch; EAT sandwich for dinner £2.70
Tue: Homemade veg in white sauce £0
    Mortgage (original/ current):193,000 (23/09/11)/ £102,500 (07/11/2019)
    2019 Challenges: Make £300 a month: £9.71/£300 (January)
  • No spend day yesterday :T but have blown £1.60 on a large bag of chips today:o .

I wouldn't beat yourself up about something like that Mouche, it's something outta the ordinary not the everyday norm, and a person's gotta live!!

Whereas it's the everyday norm to spend £4 a day for some people, me pre Lunch log challenge! Even though i fall off the wagon every week!!

Good so far this week, aiming for 4/4!

    toastie yesterday
Cous cous n chicken tikka today.

    £0 so far! yay me!!:j
