Hi
I've just come back to this site after a long time away. Didn't post much, but I am BACK:D !
This lunch log challenge is just what I need - I spend WAY too much on sarnies etc, so here goes.
let me see what I can remember from this week - hopefully next week will be better!
w/c 10/3
Mon - £0 (carrot sticks, hoummus, grapes and fruit loaf from home!
Tue - £0 (same as Mon - I'm a creature of habit!)
Weds - £1.89 (gave in to the Pret a Manger coffee devil!) (cheese, carrot sticks, tomatoes)
Thurs - £1.50 - slim sandwich from Pret a Manger (oops!)
Fri - will be £0 as have a salad from home, more fruit bread!
Given that I used to spend easily £4.00 a day, I've saved £16.61! Eek.
Do you put your saving aside in a pot, or not? I think I might. Assuming I work 48 weeks a year, that's £768. Blimey:T
Aiming to be debt-free June 2011 at the latest!!

Hi Krisp, everyone kinda does there own thing. Some people keep a tally of how much each week, month or since the new year... some people, like me, just use it as a way of reporting in and trying to instill discipline in themselves.
Everyone is surprised by how much they are saving/not spending week to week. Any delicious lunch ideas are most welcome too!!!!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
