It's cos I don't eat breakfast, I snack all morning. Bad I know.
Fruit whip is a 'healthy' version of angel delight with lumps of peaches and pineapple in. Very sickly but very nice

I really notice the difference if I eat breakfast - much less snacking! Making a real effort these days to have a decent brekkie before I leave the house.

Woohoo, I'm doing well - another NSD for me - have brought in hummus, pitta & carrots, and have a boiled egg & fruit for snackies today. Am quite proud of myself, not only for sticking to the challenge but for sticking to my diet!0

Morning! I was expecting to go out for a work lunch today, so just brought snackies (beetroot and oranges!) with me... but now I think i'm not. So may have to resort to a low fat yukky leek and potato cupasoup. Or maybe even spend some money
Will update later, but currently:

We had caramel digestives last week for clients and one wee client nearly pulled her wallies out. They've got such suction on them..:D

Still on track...I'm really pleased with the amount of money I'm saving on this though I guess it won't continue being this easy. God bless OH for cooking up enough pasta sauce to cover 5 lunches and 2 dinners. Will have to think of something similar to cook over the weekend that will cover me next week.
Am going to do a trial day on Friday at the gym I want to join and I'm really pleased I'll have saved half a month's membership fee just by quitting expensive lunches. Just goes to show how much I was wasting.Mortgage (original/ current):193,000 (23/09/11)/ £102,500 (07/11/2019)
