Did you send it to Dataprotectionofficer@ukcps.net?

That's the address they have listed on the privacy policy.

EDIT: Wow, something's done something weird to the formatting here.
Yes, I’ve sent it to dataprotectionofficer@ukcps.net

Reply to it as follows, and CC: dataprotectionofficer@ukcps.net if it is not replying to that address:

    Title: Data Protection Complaint
[Your full name and address and any other details such as account number to help identify you]

I am concerned that you have not handled personal information properly.

On [date] I sent an e-mail requesting my address to be updated to your data protection officer (DPO) requesting my old address be erased and providing a new address to update it with. This was sent to the e-mail address you give for this purpose on your own privacy notice: https://ukcps.com/privacy-notice/, and including the following supporting evidence: [evidence you sent].

It is clear from your response that my request was read and understood, and you therefore have until [1 month after the date of the request] to either confirm my data has been updated, or to explain why it has not been updated.

However, your reply stated that you cannot accept change of address via email, without explaining why this was the case. This is not an acceptable reason to refuse to process a request for rectification. The official guidance gives very limited reasons to refuse a request, as seen here: https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/uk-gdpr-guidance-and-resources/individual-rights/individual-rights/right-to-rectification/

If you believe the data you hold is accurate, or my request is unfounded or excessive, you must explain why.

I understand that before reporting my complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) I should give you the chance to deal with it.

If, when I receive your response, I would still like to report my complaint to the ICO, I will give them a copy of it to consider.

You can find guidance on your obligations under information rights legislation on the ICO’s website (www.ico.org.uk) as well as information on their regulatory powers and the action they can take.

Please send a full response within 30 days. If you cannot respond within that timescale, please tell me when you will be able to respond.

If you confirm that my data has been updated before [1 month after the date of your original request] I will consider this complaint satisfied.

If there is anything you would like to discuss, please contact me: [contact details]

Same e-mail address. Sending it by post to their address probably won't hurt you either.
