No, you don't need that. Do as I said.
Im constantly on it. I read everything possible on this forum. I’m still lost. Now I’m assuming wait for Letter before claim? I’m very sorry but for complete beginner in this it’s not that simple to know what to do and where to look for help.

The claim will be sent by the small claim court. It is a legal document that you have to respond to. Before that official documents, all the letters you have received from that Legal are essentially debt collector letters. With no payment collected, that Legal may will raise a claim at the court. That's what people have referred to: "the claim." When you receive the claim form from the court, you will be preparing for fighting this. People will give you advice here when "the claim" arrives. Hope it makes sense.
Thank you very much!! It’s all make sense. I will be back here for advice when claim will arrive.

I didn’t have any windscreen notices. I received notices to keeper by post

And here is yet another calculated part of their filthy scam, had a windscreen notice been issued the driver would be warned of the charge, by sending letters by post it delays that by days so more charges are unknowingly racked up!

NEWBIES 4th post - IGNORE THE DEBT COLLECTORS' STAGE - Changed address?

Have you signed the petitions? We must keep asking for Govt action to protect motorists from PP operators 'rip-off' practices.
