But it'll be on their website data privacy page as it is for any company. You don't have to google to find a company's DPO.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

I didn’t google it. I tried to find on their website. For UKCPS was easy but can’t find for ML.

I have these two addresses for Moorside Legal in my records: -
    Data Protection Officer@moorsidelegal.co.uk, help@moorsidelegal.co.uk
however, when writing to the DPO's of PPC's I always advise posters to require that the PPC advise all and any of their agents and subcontractors of the address change.

Thank you very much for your help. I’ve already sent emails to both of them. We will see. I advise them about address change for all their agents also. Thank you again for your kindness.
  • That’s what they sent me back

That looks like an automated reply.

On their privacy page they write: "Emailing our appointed Data Protection Officer at help@moorsidelegal.co.uk. (subject heading: Data Subject Rights – Your Name);"

Did you put "Data Subject Rights" in the heading? That may help their filter, and they cannot argue did that you didn't engage them properly if they invite you to do that on the website.

If you did put it in the header maybe letting the ICO know that you're trying to get a company to update your data but they're not complying.

I did exactly es you mentioned for ML however email I copied here is from UKCPS Data Officer , not from ML. I’ve just sent them email again with same subject as for ML ( Data Subject Rights - my name) and we will see.

Did you send it to Dataprotectionofficer@ukcps.net?

That's the address they have listed on the privacy policy.

EDIT: Wow, something's done something weird to the formatting here.
